After building multiple service-based companies—from a homecare agency to a CPR training brand and a cleaning business—our founder realized that most women of color in business aren’t lacking hustle… they’re lacking systems. She saw how many of us were brilliant, capable, and completely overwhelmed—trying to scale businesses while still being the back office, the marketer, and the team.
